Hi, can anyone offer any advice here. We have quite a few customers that aren't receiving their order confirmation or despatch confirmation emails. I have been told by our developer that it is sending as it should, there are no visible blocks, they are being shown as sent and that what happens with the receiving server is out of our control. It seems to be since we have had a VPS (not sure if this is related). Definitely tiscali, occasionally gmail, hotmail, outlook and some internationally hosted email providers. It isn't related to PayPal payments, would really appreciate any advice. Many thanks, Karina
