Error 500 after payment

Hi,

After a customer pays via credit card (the payment goes through but the order status is on pending payment) we get an Error 500 (so no success or failure page) and the payment goes through. I ve contacted the module creator he says nothing seems to be the problem, same goes with the hosting provider. Any ideas?

Hi @sophia_ts,

If you are seeing an error 500 you should be able to find a log somewhere.

You can start with your server error log first and then with the Magento logs and reports too.

Hi after investigation I saw this error

Any help?

Hi @sophia_ts,

I guess that is an access.log and not the error.log. Am I right?

The error happens on your domain or the gateway?
