Magento2 Checkout page Credit Card Type validation always failed

i am facing Magento2 version 2.1.8 on Checkout page Credit Card Type validation always failed even i am filling with original Credit card details. Card expiry month and years also duplicating, showing two times.

Any extension you are using or issue is with default Magento?
