Error=7 on Magento image upload. I urgently need to resolve this.

I have been trying to upload images to my clients site, but I am suddenly getting a "error=7" issue. I have tried everything to resolve this but I am yet to have any luck.

Hi,

I think it may be permission issue. Give 777 permission to that upload folder.
