Error in admin login page and site for 3 days using host file

Am new and setting up my site but using host files at the moment . i have been getting 503 Error in admin login page and  site for 3 days now. Need HELP please

You may want to try looking in your Magento's root directory to see if the maintenance.flag file exist. 

If you see the file, rename or remove it and your website should start loading.
