Error on Shipping computation - Magento ver. 1.7.0.2

Hi everyone and thanks for reading

Shipping is discounted when you add the 2nd and 3rd items.

For example: $55 for the first item, then drops to $33 when adding 2nd item, then drops to $0 when adding the 3rd item.

Does someone have any idea?

You need to make changes in the cart rule that is applied.

I didn't created any rule, however after checking Shopping Cart Price Rules page. I saw these:
