Hi, every time someone wants to check out it doen't allow them to unless they have a coupon code? How do I disable that?

Which version the Magento are you using?
Did you checked your Magento logs or your browser console to be sure isn't an error?
Can you check the code of that form to confirm if there is a "required" condition for that field?
