Hi @ENSampa,

Your problem happened to me once but on my localhost. Something wrong with xampp, i had to download new xampp.

But your second answer reveals that your store is infected and you will lose all your data if you don't pay for attacker.

This called ransomware, Kaspersky have just updated a tool to decrypt user's data files. Hope it will work for you.

I do not believe a site hosted on Amazon (AWS) suffered such an attack. The problem is that I can not use this tool. Even copying everything to my local computer. And I'm looking for a tool to use in linux server (ubuntu). Even with so much care and I am attacked? I'm trying to talk to AWS but I'm changing hosting. I realized that only the folders with permission 755 were attacked (var, media etc). What is a very big problem.

I'll try to find some solution. Since already thank you very much for your help.
