Recently a user for one of the magento websites that my company provides has been incapable of uploading images to the site. He says that the upload never goes through and that magento keeps loading forever. I tried to upload the same picture from my machine with no problems so I thought the problem was on his end so i asked him to use a different network/machine. After trying that he still couldn't get it to work.
Any ideas on what could be causing this kind of issue?
