Inline Translater does not change the text

hello

I'm an amateur in magento

my magento version is 1.9.2

I installed a venus theme and wanted to use inline translation for some parts . i can see the red dots and the book button but when I enter the translation text and submit it nothing happens. even if I refresh or clean the cash.

and also I wanted to use translate.csv instead  but still no effect!

I'll be glad if someone help me.

Hi,
I would recommend that you use Php Pro translate extension, this should work better and help you translate your theme.

After any translation change (translation inline, locale csv or translate.csv inside any interface/design) you'll need refresh the Magento's cache.

All the translations are store into the cache.
