Magento 1.9.1.1 Problem after migration to new server

I have some problem after migration my Magento shop 1.9.1.1 to new server. 

Now a see few errors:

-Customers can not send message using page contact form. It show 

• Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later

-Last step of order ''after confirm order'' it takes more than 30 second to finish

-No email confirmation 

After migration to new server should i change something in Magento admin ?

Did you setup the Magento Cron Job in the new server? 

Since Magento 1.9, you need to have a Cron Job setup for emails to be delivered.
