Magento 1.9.2.2 wrong tablerates calculation

Hi there,

I updated my Magento store to the newest Version, now I have some problem with the configuration of table rates.

My table rates looks like:
Land,Region/Bundesland,PLZ,"Zwischensumme (und mehr)",Versandpreis
CHE,*,*,80.0000,0.0000
CHE,*,*,0,8.0000

So if a customer order for 80 or more the shipping is free.

I created a Testarticle and added it mutliple times in the cart, so by subtotal is 81.

subtotal: 81

total excl. VAT: 79

total incl. VAT: 81

The problem is now, that it doesn't take the subtotal it takes the total excl. VAT for the calculation of the shipping Costs.

Have anyone an idea how I can fix this bug?

Hi,  I have problem with tablerates when update magento to version 1.9.2.2 in shipping form the result is $0.0. but in version 1.9.0.1 this working normaly.

I don't have tax for the price for this contain the tax.
