Magento 1.9.3.4 - Slow page loading in both frontend & admin

I am having issue with page loading. Whenever I open any page of website or open the admin panel. it gets stuck on loading. I stop the page loading and refresh the page than page loads. sometime it takes lot of time. it happen in both admin & front-end.

I am having this issue after updating magento 1.9.3.4 from 1.9.2.4. There was no issue in magento 1.9.2.4. It was working perfectly.

can anyone tell me what cause of this issue.

There isn't an easy answer.

You should check your software stack and also try some profiling on your store to see if some module is the problem.

By Software stack I meant your webserver, database server, etc.

Then, for profiling, I think the module Aoe_Profiler is a really great option to try to find bottlenecks on your code.

In this case you'll need to install the module and apply some minimun configurations to use it.

If you aren't familiar with these things maybe you should get some specialized help.
