It sounds like you are experiencing multiple issues with your Magento 18.104.22.168 store, including problems with invoicing, order status, repeat orders, refunds, and discounts. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve these issues:
Check the cron jobs: Make sure that your Magento cron jobs are running properly. The cron jobs are responsible for executing tasks like sending emails, updating order status, and generating invoices. You can check the status of your cron jobs by going to System > Configuration > Advanced > System > Cron and reviewing the "Last schedule" and "Last successful run" times.
Check the email settings: Make sure that your email settings are configured properly. Go to System > Configuration > Sales > Sales Emails and review the settings for each type of email. You can also test your email settings by going to System > Tools > Email Template and sending a test email.
Check for conflicts with third-party extensions: Third-party extensions can sometimes cause conflicts with core Magento functionality. Try disabling any recently installed extensions to see if that resolves the issues.
Check the system log and exception log: Go to System > Configuration > Developer and enable logging for system log and exception log. Then, check the logs to see if there are any error messages related to the issues you are experiencing.
Check the payment and shipping methods: Make sure that your payment and shipping methods are configured properly. If the payment method or shipping method is not working properly, it can prevent the order from being completed.
Check the database: Check the database to make sure that the orders and invoices are being recorded properly. You can use a tool like phpMyAdmin to review the database tables and make sure that the orders and invoices are being recorded properly.
If none of these steps resolve the issues, you may need to enlist the help of a Magento developer to further troubleshoot the issues. They will be able to review your server logs and database to determine the root cause of the problems and recommend a solution.
