Magento Connect - Lost account access

Hello, our company hired a developer to create  extension for Magento. we don't know the email he used to upload it. we can't get a hold on the developer any more.

We need to update our extension to fix some bugs, is there anything I could do to overcome that problem?

I already email Magento support, I got a reply [3 days later] that I need to ask on the forums since community edition doesn't have support..

Hi @eziel, please email connect@magento.com. If they aren't able to help, let me know and I'll follow up tho tbh I'm not sure how much we'll be able to help if you can't verify any of the information, for security purposes.

Thanks @sherrie! just sent that email. I understand you'll need to verify ownership for security purposes, but I could easily verify it...
