Magento Error 'Zend_Locale'

Hello, im having an error on my store with no changes, simply stop working.

My web is www.disscounts.com

it shows the header but no the content.

Error log:

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'Zend_Locale' not found in /home/*******/public_html/app/code/core/Mage/Core/Model/Locale.php on line 172

i have the free edition dont remember if CE or EE. but is 1.9.

1. Go to https://www.magentocommerce.com/download and download magento (should be your version)
2. Extract the files from dowloaded file
3. copy this file  lib/Zend/Locale.php to your server

That error happens because the system can't find the class Zend_Locale_Data, this class is located on this file: lib/Zend/Locale/Data.php

Please check if you have this file. If don't, you can do this to get the original file:

1. Go to https://www.magentocommerce.com/download and download magento (should be your version)
2. Extract the files from dowloaded file
3. copy the missing file
