Magento admin access

I have magento website but I cant access the admin, my system administrator said some admin tables have been deleted, the website is working fine but I cant access magento admin, any help?

Are you able to reset the admin password?

What kind of symptoms are you getting while trying to login?

Do you get any error in browser console also?

If there is any other admin user for the site ? if yes whether she/he is able to login?
