Magento cannot place orders when re-indexing process

Hello all,

When working Magento e-commerce sites which have multi websites and store views: 30 websites and 10.000 configurable products, 5 customer groups. Our testers try a case:
When re-indexing process, try to place an order. We cannot reach this action.

Can give me an advice about this?

IF you are using 1.14 then this should not happen especially if you have your indexing set to on Schedule. It should like you have it set to On Save

You should open this question in your Magento Enterprise portal.
