Magento connect not showing in admin under system menu

used the same process, but not able to view the page, getting 404 error. Have seen the folder named downloader in my file structure, but unable to open connect manager or downloader

Magento 2 does not have the "Magento Connect Manager" anymore.

If you are looking for the "Component Manager", find it at "System > Web Setup Wizard".
