Magento connect unable to read configuration file -C.E.1.9.3.3

I am new in magento .I have a problem that when i update magento 1.9.2.4 to magento 1.9.3.3 , when i connect to magento connect its give error "Unable to read the configuration file." 

And My home page and admin panel are working fine, but when i click on any product link it gives blank page.

Please View Littleroyals.in To understand the problem.

I tried to solve this issue but i am failed , i search a lot but no solution . Please help me if any one can understand this issue.

Glad I'm not the only one with this issue after the 1.9.3.3 update.  I've been going crazy the last 2 days trying to get this to work.  I have magento installed on Windows with IIS and thought it had something to do with that.  But I've verified the user that is connecting to the file system and made sure that user has read/write but no dice.  This seems like a bug...
