Manage categories 404

Hi,

 I have set up a new store on the same cpanel as my magento site (1.9) under admin - Catalog - Manage categories, when I click on this I get a 404 error. I fixed all the patches, ran the magento clean up (permmsion tool) and cleard the var/cache file still no look, this has been going on for a few days now and would really appricate any advice.

Hi,

Is it just the manange categories page that 404s?? What does the 404 look like? is it in the frontend skin.. or does it have the admin skin?
