No Image in Search or Popup Cart Adding Configurable Product

I have a problem, I have configurable products with sizes. When I add a product to a cart it´s added the child product (that has no image, like in the attached image), also this happens when in other store views, I select a size in the product page and appears the no image (placeholder Magento image). Thanks

Yes, it´s very rare... how to know what module can be? I have tested disabling some modules but nothing.

Search string will be closed in app/code or app/design section of your project and any module contains this word that module is responsible for get popup on the product page.

Because will be closed string is common for every popup after add to cart action.
