No Shipping Options Available in Multi-Store Setup

I have a multi-store setup where I can see the Shipping Settings options only in the default configuration.  None of the stores have access to the shipping settings and further no shipping methods can be created.  

How can this issue be corrected?

Have you checked console for the error when you change from default to any store? Will you please check system.log and exception.log file for the error? If you have installed any third party extension for shipping method then disable it and check again. Let me know what happens.

I also happened this issue.Please advice me how can i solve this error.I already uninstall the third party extension.But still not ok.
