One Page Checkout 500 error and redirects to cart after confirm purchase

This only happens in some products. For instance if you add to cart this one:

when you go to checkout, at the end when you confirm the order, on console there's an error as shown below, and then redirects to cart again and no order is placed.

If I remove the product from store and insert it again, it will work fine.

So right now I have over 1000 products, and some of them have this problem, and I don't know which ones... I just keep finding out 1 or 2 every day when customers email me saying they can't order.

I've tried many many things, I have all the latest updates and trying disabling all modules, there are no error on logs.... So I am super stressed with this!!!

Does anyone have an idea what's going on? cheers

The error refers to line 1530 on prototype.js which contains:

this.transport.send(this.body);

I have no idea why just in some products it gives this error....
