Owebia shipping doesn't work well when the customers choose paiement in magasin

Hi,

I have an issue with the shipping method that i've made with  owebia shipping. Everything is working find but one thing, when the customer is choosing to pickup their products on store directly, the shipping method isn't disable the shipping method :

On the first screen, the tarification is working fine, it is on the second screen, when i'm on the "paiement en boutique" ("pickup on store" in french) the shipping method is still at 3€.

Can somebody can help me with this please ?

Hello Jordan,

It depends on the way you have configured your shipping method with OwebiaShipping.

At first sight, the shipping method is not linked to the payment method.

What do you think about creating two shipping methods :

1. France métropolitaine : 3€
2. Retrait en magasin : 0€

The customer will have to select "Retrait en magasin" to get a free shipping cost : 0€.

And he has to select "Paiement en magasin" to pay in store : no online payment.

you are right, i didn't  connect the shipping methods with the paiement methods because if I add the "retrait en magasin" button, in my case, the customer may have access to pay the shipping tax.

Can you help me to manage Owebia to manage two shipping methods with two paiement methods ?
