PHP Fatal error: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL

Hi, how are you.

Sorry for bothering you but i have an issue here and 2 weeks. i am trying to connect my magento 1 system with a inventory company "zoho inventory" with a connector witch is "kloudconnector". their system tells me "Your Magento Store URL, Magento API Username,Magento API Key is not valid .
Please enter correct one and try again !"

and i get "PHP Fatal error: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL" on error log too. on their feedback they tell me that my server could not connect with remote host.

Make sure that your soap api user has correct permissions roles and valid credentials.

You can check soap user in admin->system->Webservices->Soap user

Everything is fine i just  checked to be sure.

Then also make sure that, there are not any ip restrictions or geoip redirection.

Whitelist the Ip, from where you are sending request to api.

Also try the same api from your server itself once.

Also make sure that your system congratulations are correct for webservices.

I have checked everything and was no use. All the above. I have 1 month with this issue. Their ip is whitelisted on firewall. port 53 udp is open. i cant see what is missing for the connection to be established.
