Page isn't working in magento backend

Hi,

When we try process a refund via magento admin  but after going through the credit memo process either end up with a white screen or "The www.recchiuti.com page isn’t working" and refund was not done and my magento version 1.9.1.0

Kindly help me to solve the problem.
