Hope someone can help, I'm new here and not much of a PHP/Magento person.
Haven't been able to enable compilation in the previous days. Suddenly both back and front ends went down
I think sth is conflicting with the theme or cedCommerce plugin.
index.php edited as below:

I have tried to disable the compilation by delete/rename /includes folder and var/cache - nothing have changed.
When trying to disable compilation by command:
