PayPal error message - Selected payment type is not allowed for billing country.

I am using Magento 1.9.3.0  and trying to setup PayPal to accept payments.

Every time I try making a sale I get this message - Selected payment type is not allowed for billing country.

Can anyone advise me what I am doing wrong?

Hey,

Some merchants have it in place that they can only receive payments from certain countries. 

If you are trying to purchase from this merchant and you are receiving this error message, I would advise you to reach out to the merchant directly to see if they would be willing to let you purchase an item from them.

Go to paypal payment method setting and set require customer's billing address to 'No'
