Have been trying to battle this issue for 3 months now and cannot get to the bottom of it and is driving us mad, so throwing it out there and would appreciate any help you can give us.

The issue is that it is taking 30-60 seconds from the end of One Cart to transfer to and load up Paypal - or timing out on people who choose Paypal.
We have been trying to find what is causing this issue, as it happened out of the blue late 2015 - it was working fine and then just broke, and we didn't do anything to our site in changes.
The crazy thing is we use a multi store, and our paypal on our AU sites work fine - though that is a different version of Paypal - Website Payments Pro - which is not an option for NZ paypal accounts/stores.
