Please help - unable to load image

Please help...

When I go into manage products, add product, I am unable to upload an image. The tab 'images' is there but there is no tab to upload.

This issue happened previously and we found that using Internet Explorer as opposed to Chrome worked however this is no longer working.

This issue is really frustrating as I cannot utilise my site to full potential, this problem is stopping me from adding images of new products.

If anyone can help, I would be very grateful.

I have attached a screen shot.

There use to be a tab on the right hand side to allow you to go into saved pictures to upload but this option is no longer available. There is no way of uploading a picture.
