Hello
I had given the access of my Magento backend to our developers and while they were fixing the bugs the products already added got deleted.As per the developers it was not from there side!
Anyway i was having the csv file of the products that were already uploaded and i treied to restore it. All the products were uploaded but the images have not been updated. The images are shown neither in the admin nor in the front end. The CSV file has the image links and the image are there in the respective folders. media/catalog/product.
I tried the solution provided in this forum as to creating a csv file "update_missing_images" and the corresponding php file. but it didnt help.
Can anyone help me on this.
