Remove default title tag

SOLVED

Remove default title tag

I get my company name after each product title tag automatically. Where can I remove this?

Here is an example: http://puu.sh/mNpne/2d7094cbcf.png

Re: Remove default title tag

Yes, everything should be empty there.

It takes time for Google to re-index your pages, and they are usually indexed one by one, beginning with the most important ones.

You can check your current title tags in the source code of any page on your site.

BTW, here is what I see now in Google http://prntscr.com/9xybnp

Hi @only4kids

Have you tried changing the defaults? Navigate to System > Configuration > General > Design >  HTML Head > Title Suffix and remove your company name

Re: Remove default title tag

Hi @Amasty

Thank you for your reply. I had my company name in the Default Title but not in the title prefix. I did remove it though.

Will that make fix it?

I don't understand why it is showing up for products where I have manually put in a title tag.

@only4kids

If you've removed the default title, everything should be fine. Have you checked that?

Re: Remove default title tag

Yes everything is empty now. But I can't check the results in Google yet, can I?

Is it accurate that all should be empty here then: http://puu.sh/mRVZ7/dc10bf83d8.png

Thank you for your help @Amasty
