SSL enable causes 404. How can I get back in to admin?

I enabled SSL certificate and it wont let me back into Admin or login pages. How do i disable SSL or what files do i need to change or overwrite?

Go to phpMyAdmin in table “core_config_data” search for “web/secure/use_in_frontend” and “web/secure/use_in_adminhtml”  set them to “0”

I'm having the same issue. Did the core_config_data fix and I'm still not getting in. Any other solutions?
