SSL working, but not for catalogue

Hi, 

i'm running 1.9.3.8 on Debian with apache. 

I've just installed SSL certificate which works. After installation of certificate i did changes in admin (Secure base URL and Use Secure URLs in Frontend ), reindex all, cache refresh all, also cleared URL rewrites. 

But still all the links redirects to http. Even my logo on my top left is redirecting to http. Also whole catalogue links and categories are linking too http. Those links that i changed manually to https are working as it should.

Any idea?

Is there a public URL you can share?

Also, can you show the Web configuration of Magento (System -> Configuration -> General -> Web) to check how the secure and unsecure options are?
