Server error 500

[AlterEgoFitness]

Hello, can some one help me fix this server error 500,

it only seems to be displaying when I go to system > configuration

google chrome displays:

The website encountered an error while retrieving https://www.alteregofitness.co.uk/index.php/AEADMINPORTAL/system_config/index/key/050e13493fc7d93472.... It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

Hi AlertEgoFitness (btw nice site),

That logs don't say anything about the issue, maybe you have something else or a code error that explode before system can log something.

If the issue it's only on system config. I think you have something wrong on system.xml under some custom module. Ask you developers to debug the issue.

Is needed debug the code to see why is explode when you trying to access to Config > System. I told you need to ask your developer team to debug and double check where is the issue.
About the other big problem of index.php under skin (thanks Pronto to advise), I'm not an expert to finally fix that but you can start removing that for sure.

Apparently you forgot to turn off compiler white updating / adding OneStepCheckout. Please turn off compiler (System > Tools > Compilation) and see what happens.
