Shipment email not working

Hi, 

I got a small problem with the shipment emails in my magento shop: they are not being sent to the customer. The copy of the shipment emails to my address is sent & received without a problem.

• Order confirmations and other e-mails work as they are supposed to.
• The logs indicate no problems / errors regarding e-mail.
• I'm using Magento version 1.9.4.1

Any help on this matter would honestly be appreciated!

Please go to System -> Transaction emails and tell me:

1. How many templates you have;
2. If you have only one, please copy the code here.
