cant create customer, enable cache after moving to live server

hello, i want to ask about a problem cant enable cache and cant create customer and many more after moving to live server. is it because of the live server is using php 7.0? or is the any other problem? i can access frontend and backend of the web with no problem. using magento 1.9.IMG_20190916_102842.jpg

Install https://github.com/Inchoo/Inchoo_PHP7

 

It will solve the issue.
