I'm using Simple Configurable Products to manage product size / price variants in 1.9.1. It's working fine on all my testing platforms from XP to Win 8. All my testing PCs are networked directly to the broadband router that has the internet connection. However today I received feedback from somebody that when they click on the drop down menu on Win 7 in IE and Chrome, the list of sizes did not appear (making the products essentially unpurchasable). This was occurring on all products on the site. I know they have perhaps 40 to 60 PC's to manage internally, but this error was appearing on all PC's they checked. So something internally appears to be stopping the menu from working. Has anybody else ever encountered this type of error and if so how was it corrected? I would also be interested in suggestions for SCP alternatives that are more reliable and well supported if anybody can suggest some. Thanks
