Simple % off shopping cart price rule not working

Hello!

I'm trying to create a simple coupon for 25% off three different categories to apply with a coupon code and I can't get it to work.

I've done it in the past and copied exactly what I did before but no matter what I seem to do it's not working.

Here are screen shots of my settings.

I've tried changing the Customer groups to have all options highlighted and it still doesn't work, not when I'm signed in as my test customer nor when I'm not logged in at all.

I've tried changing all the settings I can imagine and can't get it to apply at the checkout.

I'm running Magento ver. 1.9.2.4

Hello. 

On screenshot #3 you have selected fixed discount amount (it will give you $25, not 25%), you need to select percentage option from drop-down. Also I suggest to include allowed categories in 'Conditions tab', like shown on this example.
