I have the issue on my site when I try to buy some stuff with store credit. The all features are enabled according to this link https://www.magecredit.com/how_to_fix_requested_payment_unavailable.html.
It works if you use another payment method + store credit. Maybe someone has a tip/solution for me how to fix this problem.
