Tracking not working in admin

In my admin I can never get the tracking information to come up.   I always get this error:

Tracking information is currently not available

 

However, if i copy the tracking number and go to fedex or usps website i get the tracking information

Can you provide any screenshots showing where you are looking?

 

Do you see anything in the logs?

 

What version of Magento are you using?

I am using community 1.9.1

It always shows this. However, if i take the tracking number and go to the fedex or usps website it will properly track.

I'm getting this issue now and Debug mode shows:

 

Sorry, we are unable to process your tracking request.  Please retry later, or contact Customer Service at 1.800.Go.FedEx(R) 800.463.3339.

Looks like Sandbox mode was on and it was missing Production keys.

 

After adding those on it started to work.

I have not been able to resolve this.  When you say Sandbox mode was on and it was missing production keys are you talking about something in Magento or do you have to do some connection with FedEx and a fed ex id or something?

Any help is appreciated.
