We received a site from another host provider. We were able to access the admin area and changed the password to keep the old host out. When we went back in today neither the old nor the new password works. We have tried changing the password in the database and using the md5 encryption with different salts and nothing works. I even tried creating a new user and adding it to the user roles table as well. Nothing has worked.
