I'm wondering how do I uninstall a plugin that we use to use to accept credit card payments.
We had migrated our payment services to PayPal and no longer need this plugin anymore.
The problem is that if I disable the plugin altogether, it means that any old orders I try to view which used our old credit card company will error out and will throw an exception.
Whats the best way to cleanly remove this plugin so that I can still view the old orders?
