Verifying payment was deposited in our merchant account.

We have a couple orders with credit card payments verified in Magento that weren't deposited into our merchant account. Where should we start looking to verify those payments were made?

Payments made should show up in our EMS data.net and show up Authorize.net; however these did not. 

We have 7 orders that have credit card payments made in Magento but not deposited in our account.

I need help, we found some more orders today that we didn't receive payment on. In Magento, it lists the card used to pay for the order. However, the payment does not process through Authorize.net

Where are the missing payments going?

Make sure you have Payment Action in System/Configuration set to Authorize and Capture.
