Warning tax configuration can result in rounding errors

I've Purchased a Theme From Themeforest and i installed Magento with The Theme's sample Data 

the installation went just fine after that i got athat warning

what can i do ?

In the past, Magento had a lot of issues with rounding prices and taxes. These issues are (mostly) solved nowadays.
