Worldpay payment issues

Hi,

Our Magento website is not longer accepting payments through Worldpay which we have used for the last 6/7 years.

Once the 'Place Order' button has been pressed the next page shows the following fault.

This page cannot be displayed

Make sure the web address https://secure.wp3.rbsworldpay.com is correct

Any idea what I should be checking...as far as I am aware we have not made any changes to the site, and if we use a separate log on to our Worldpay account this works as normal?

We are using Version 1.5.0.1

I am unable to view the image/ Could you share it again? usually World pay is available in two packs. one is online payment and another one is Business Payment. so which one you're using let me know.

Look for the page with your search engine.

Refresh the page in a few minutes.

Fix connections problem.

How do I find out which Worldpay payment system we have?

Hi @TobyEarthy,

World pay changed the URL link https://secure.worldpay.com/ This is the current URL. so could you replace your old by new URL? and  try.

This url looks like old also it looks like business payment. Now worldpay redirect url is

https://secure.worldpay.com/sso/public/auth/login.html

I recommend you to try bootsgrid's worldpay business gateway extension magento2 and 1: https://bootsgrid.com/product/magento-2-worldpay-business-payment-module/

Hi @TobyEarthy,

First I need to know about what kind of module are you using? like world Pay business payment module or online payment?. Then there is no guarantee by replacing the URL to make it work at all. you need to upgrade your world Pay module.
