can't view my web site

I have some pages and all I can view is my demo pages.

How can I view my site?

Your question is very confused: "I have some pages and all I can view is my demo pages." => How some pages is created? You used CMS Page: Magento Admin > CMS > Pages > Create new page. Every new page has URL Key, so you can access it directly: http://<base_url>/url_key_page/

For example: http:://localhost/magento/new_product

Well, I do it.

I go  directly to my site (shoofraplace.com) and all I can see is the demo page of home page

System > Configuration > Web > General > Web > Default Pages > Change CMS Home Page.

+ You can change logo in Header

+ Change copyright in Footer
