Chrome:
From the Chrome menu in the top right corner of the browser you can see three dots,click on it, select Settings.
At the bottom of the page, click Show Advanced button with arrow....
Under Privacy and Security,
select Content settings....
To manage cookie settings, click the "Cookies".
Now check In Block section, any site is defined with Block list or not. If your site is displayed in block list remove those from Block list and clear cache and cookie and check.
