error "There has been an error processing your request" Transnational Email Editing

Using Megento 1.6.2, 

Hosting with Bluehost in the US. We upgraded to there Pro hosting package and the site went down which was fixed by their tech people, we have now tried to Edit the Transactional Email listing to receive the same error codes as follows, this only happens on approx 80% of them. Can anybody help please to find a solution as Bluehost have wiped their hand of us..

I highly doubt that a hosting plan upgrade can cause errors like this. 

One thing that you may want to try is to disable Magento compilation and re-enable it. 

There are three ways to disable compilation:-

1. If you can access your Magento Admin, navigate to System --> Tools --> Compilation and click Disable. 

2. If you do not have access to Magento Admin but have SSH Access, run the following command:-

php -f shell/compiler.php -- disable
php -f shell/compiler.php -- clear

3. If you cannot access Magento Admin and do not have SSH Access, open up the file includes/config.php and comment out (add a "#" in front of) this line:-

define('COMPILER_INCLUDE_PATH', dirname(__FILE__).DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR.'src');

Once you disable compilation, clear all Magento caches and it should work fine.
